They finally Killed Bill...

David Carraine, best known for his role as Bill in the cult classic Kill Bill, was found dead today at his hotel room in Thailand. A police official said Carradine was found hanging by a rope in the room's closet; an apparent suicide.

While most people remember him as the cold hearted badass in the Kill Bill movies, I remember him as Cain from the Kung Fu series from the 70's. I wasn't alive at the time, but I caught the show on syndication on TNT, right before the spin off series, Kung Fu: The Legend Continues.



That pebble scene's iconic. Me and my dad used to watch this shit every weekend... I remember watching a documentary saying how Bruce Lee was pissed off they cast Carradine, a white guy, as a vagrant kung fu master... the first case of racist hollywood whitewashing/yellowface.

but I digress... Carradine was a good actor.... a true G. May he rest in peace...
